| 根据日本历年来获得诺贝尔化学奖的情况，分析了日本诺贝尔化学奖获得者成功的社会因素、高等教育因素和个人因素，分别在社会环境营造、高等教育发展和个人综合素质培养方面，提出培养我国拔尖创新人才的措施建议。 |
| Abstract: |
| According to the circumstance of Japanese Nobel Prize winners in Chemistry past years，the paper analyzed the community characteristics factors，the higher education factors and individual quality factors of Japanese chemistry Nobel prize winners in succeeding. Some reference enlightenments on how to nurture Chinese creative talents have been put forward，which are based on the society environment building，higher education development and individuals’comprehensive diathesis cultivating. |
