| “合作互动”教学是一种民主、自由、平等、开放式的教学模式，对于培养学员能力素质，增强其岗位任职能力，提高教学效果具有重要作用。分析了“合作互动”教学模式的基本特征以及运用要求，并就如何提升“合作互动”教学效果，提出了几点对策，旨在进一步深化教学改革创新，提高教学质量。 |

| The interactive and cooperative teaching model is democratic，free，equal and open, and it is helpful to enhance cadets’ability to post a position and improve the teaching effect. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and operation requirements of interactive and cooperative teaching model，and puts forward some measures of improving interactive and cooperative teaching effect to deepen teaching reform. |
