| 军队院校实行资金集中支付以来，资金管理数据高度集中，其安全形势更为严峻，尤其是在自然灾害面前，一旦出现数据丢失、毁损，后果不堪设想，为解决数据灾备问题，文章通过深入分析军队银行账户资金管理数据灾备现状，紧密结合军队院校银行账户资金管理特点，提出构建灾备系统思路，初步设计了构建方案，并对建成后的管理维护工作，提出安全管理措施。 |
| Abstract: |
| Since the adoption of military academies capital centralized payment，the capital data are highly concentrated，which leads to the security situation more severely especially in natural disaster. If the data are damaged，the consequence is severe. So the data back - up is of great importance，This paper analyzes the current situation of the data back - up. Then we propose the route of the construction of bank account data disaster back - up system and draft a scheme with the consideration of characters of the military academies capital management. Finally, the governance and maintain of the system are discussed. |
