| 本文论述了课程教学改革、学员队创新管理对于我校创新人才培养的重要作用。从“以学生为本”的人才培养理念出发，在课程教学改革方面,提出了“大力倡导研究型教学”、“不断推进项目式创新实践教学”、“教学科研两手抓,科研反哺教学”等建议；在学员队管理方面，强调要转变传统的管理理念，围绕“学生的成长与成才”创新管理手段，加强荣誉教育，激发学员创新热情。 |
| Abstract: |
| The paper discusses the teaching reform of the course and students＂ innovation management plays an important rote in our culture of creative talents. From the ＂ student - centered＂ personnel training concept, in the aspects of teaching reform, the paper puts forward ＂ advocating research - oriented teaching＂, ＂ continuing to promote the project type teaching＂, ＂ teaching and research with both hands, scientific feeding teaching＂. In the student team management, the paper stresses the need to change the traditional management concept around the ＂ growth and success,＂ students＂ innovative management means, strengthening honor education, and arousing students＂ enthusiasm for innovation. |
