| 为解决装备课程实操教学中存在的学习主动性不足和效果检验不充分的问题，创新“教学接力”模式，将原来的“静默式”操作转变为“讲解式”操作，实现“教”“学”角色的灵活转换，提高了课程教学效果，教改试点工作取得了初步成效。 |
| Abstract: |
| To solve the problem that shortage of study go - aheadism and deficiency of effect - checking in equipment operation course，a new teaching mode of teaching relay was innovated to transform primary“silent operation”into“explaining operation”and realize the role transition between teaching and learning. The teaching effect has been improved obviously，and elementary effect has gotten in the experimental unit of teaching reformation. |
