| 随着中华民族伟大复兴之路逐步推进，当代中国大学以各自的方式追求着、思考着和实践着“世界一流大学梦”，纷纷制定“世界一流”、“国际知名”、“国际一流”等大学战略目标。大学战略目标，是一所大学追求卓越的现实需求，更是一所大学科学发展的责任和使命。从战略管理、政策环境和治理实践三个方面全面阐述了当代大学追求卓越的基本工具、外部条件和必要手段。 |
| Abstract: |
| As the road leads to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation gradually，the contemporary Chinese universities are pursuing in their own way，thinking and practicing the " dream" of the world － class university． Their strategic objectives are to become " world class " ， "international" ，" an international first － class university" ． Universities’strategic goals are not much realistic requirements of a university in the pursuit of excellence as their responsibility and mission． From three aspects，in pursuing excellence of the strategy，policy environment and governance practice，this paper comprehensively elaborates the contemporary university tools，external conditions and means for the pursuit of excellence． |
