| Abstract: |
| Cai Yuanpei ＇s all—inclusive thought is the school－running idea of guiding Peking University reform． Professorial Governance theory is his theoretical basis of management system reform which is one of important contents of Peking University reform． Explaining the dialectical relationship between the two makes us recognize the internal relationship of Cai Yuanpei＇s educational thought more clearly and better analyze the whole spiritual trend of his guiding reform． And it helps us deepen the rational understanding of university orientation and management mode＇s democratic reform in the process of contemporary higher education reform． |
