| 在对普通高等学校本科教学工作审核评估方案进行解读的基础上，分析审核评估的基本问题在于厘清高校人才培养目标的定位，核心问题在于建构高校内部质量保障体系，价值目标在于督促高校重视大学生学习经历与产出效果。基于教育部审核评估工作方案提出了各高校切实可行的操作建议。 |
| Abstract: |
| Based on analyzing the scheme of undergraduate teaching audit，the basic target is to clarify the orientation of talent training goal and the core point is to construct the internal teaching quality assurance system． Thus，the value of the target is to urge university students learning experiences with emphasis on output results． Finally， the paper presents practical operation of the colleges and universities based on undergraduate teaching audit． |
