      借鉴全面质量管理理念,运用质量管理中的IS09000 标准,从只注重结果的传统评估转为对过程控制与结果双重评估的管理。构建了内外结合、全员参与、全过程监控的PDCA 循环,建立了三层次、三阶段、四结合的“交流互动式”的士官高职教育教学质量闭环监控体系,实现持续改进功能,在实践运行中取得了良好的效果。
Abstract:
      This paper draws on the ideas of total quality management,pulls in the management mode of ISO9000 quality management,from the transformation of traditional to assess the results to implementation of contro1 into the process.This paper constructs the interna1 incentive-based monitoring system,supplemented by external drivers,by the full,whole process,using the PDCA cycle to achieve continuous improvement functions of three levels,four stages,four combinations of“interaction”of practical teaching quality closed-loop control system,which has achieved good results in practice.
