      任职教育院校加强教学团队建设不仅意义重大,而且具有现实紧迫性。基于创新型教学团队建设的基本要求,任职教育院校应有目的实施团队带头人、“双师型”骨干教员、青年梯队教员和部队兼职教员等系列培养工程,打造鲜明团队特色的创新型教员队伍。
Abstract:
      Strengthening teaching team construction in position-oriented education academies not only has great significance,but also has the reality urgency. based on the requirements of building innovative teaching team,position-oriented education academies should apply a series of training projects with definite purposes,such as the team leader,dual factional backbone teachers,the youth echelon teachers and part-time teachers of troop etc,so as to build innovative teacher teams with distinctive characteristics.
