Strengthening teaching team construction in position-oriented education academies not only has great significance,but also has the reality urgency. based on the requirements of building innovative teaching team,position-oriented education academies should apply a series of training projects with definite purposes,such as the team leader,dual factional backbone teachers,the youth echelon teachers and part-time teachers of troop etc,so as to build innovative teacher teams with distinctive characteristics. |
