| Strengthening teaching team construction in position－oriented education academies not only has great significance，but also has the reality urgency． based on the requirements of building innovative teaching team，position－oriented education academies should apply a series of training projects with definite purposes，such as the team leader，dual factional backbone teachers，the youth echelon teachers and part－time teachers of troop etc，so as to build innovative teacher teams with distinctive characteristics． |
