| Abstract: |
| This article explains the significance， the essential connotation and the practice requirements of the adherence by military academies to combat capabilities standard. It is proposed that military academies must adhere to the unique and fundamental combat capabilities standard in order to measure and test personnel cultivation work，calibrate and standardize quality requirements of personnel cultivation，drive and deepen the reform of personnel cultivation. |
