| 在院校人才培养体系中，教学内容起着基础性、导向性、关键性的作用。适应加快转变战斗力生成模式和履行多样化任务需要，从战斗力标准出发，以学员核心素养、基本任职、后续成长的培养为目标，科学建构指挥专业实战化教学内容体系，探讨知识的“铺垫”、“牵引”、“辐射”、“聚焦”、“仿真”等作用发挥，强化初级指挥专业任职教育的针对性和有效性。 |
| Abstract: |
| In college systems of cultivation of talents，the teaching content plays the fundamental，oriented，pivotal role. To adapt the need of speeding up the transformation of combat power generation mode and forge the modernized armed police，according to the battle effectiveness standard，aiming at the core literacy，basic skills，and subsequent growth of the students，it is necessary to establish the teaching content system， actively explore the roles of “matting”，“traction”，“radiation”，“focusing”，“simulation”of the knowledge，strengthen the pertinence and validity of the professional education. |
