| 基于信息系统的执勤处突能力是武警部队的核心军事能力。武警初级指挥院校要适应加快战斗力生成模式转变，培养“能打仗、打胜仗”的高素质新型武警人才，必须加强武警处突课程建设。加强武警处突课程建设，要着力在理论研究、内容构建、方法创新、队伍建设和保障体系等方面研究创新，夯实课程建设基础，提高课程建设质量。 |
| Abstract: |
| The ability of emergency disposal based on the information system is the core military capability of armed polices. It is necessary for the armed police colleges to strengthen the course construction of emergency disposal，only to comply with the transformation of combat power generation mode，and cultivate the well － qualified talent who “Can fight，Win the fight”. So，armed police colleges should focus on the theoretical study， teaching content establishing， teaching methods innovating，teachers training and training security. |
