| 实战化教学是以实战为标准的任职教育教学实践。适应实战化教学要求，推进武警初级指挥院校精细化管理内涵式发展，强调对象主体，强化以人为本观念; 强调整体效应，科学规划系统统筹; 强调严格规范，秉承依法施管方略; 强调实践推动，始终奉行严训促管; 强调缜密衔接，有效实施节点控制; 强调价值功效，注重讲求质量效益; 强调动态适应，锐意坚持改革创新。 |
| Abstract: |
| Actual combat teaching based on actual combat is a new way of teaching practice for professional military education. The key to adapt the requirement of actual combat teaching and promote the delicacy management and connotative development of CAPF primary academies is focusing on the teaching － objectives，the people － oriented idea，the overall effect，scientific planning and overall system plan. Also，it is vital to emphasize severe regulation，practice operation and intense cohesion. Furthermore，it is important to promote management by training，to control key part，to focus on value of effectiveness，mass effect，dynamic adaptation and innovation. |
