| 为了促进军队研究生教育的健康、持续发展，解决“训非所用”问题，应将其总体定位于任职教育。在此基础上，对学术型研究生、应用型研究生以及不同层次的研究生教育均应进行准确的定位。在研究生教育方法上，一要坚持体现“研究性”特征，二要实行个性化培养，三要加强针对性和适用性，四要注重方法论的指导。 |
| Abstract: |
| In order to promote the healthy and steady development of postgraduate education，and solve the problem of " what is taught is not what is used" ，we should focus on vocation education． On this basis， we should also position precisely academic postgraduates， applied postgraduates and postgraduates at different levels． On the methods to teach graduates，we should firstly reflect the characteristic of " research" ，secondly carry out personal cultivation，thirdly strengthen the pertinence and applicability，fourthly emphasize the guidance with methodology． |
