教师队伍是教育事业的核心,其整体水平直接影响着一所大学的教学、科研水平。提高教师水平必须重视教师的职业生涯规划与管理。科学的教师职业生涯管理是一种长效激励手段,不仅有利于整合高校教师资源,提高教学质量,而且有利于提高我国教育事业的核心竞争力,实现教育事业的长期可持续发展。本文在明确了大学教师职业生涯管理的内涵与意义的基础上,分析了我国大学教师职业生涯管理的现状及存在问题,在分析借鉴国外关于大学教师职业管理的经验的同时,提出了我国大学教师职业生涯管理的具体策略。 |
Abstract: |
The teachers’staff is the core resources of education; the overall level of teachers has a direct influence on the level of teaching and research. To improve the teachers competence and teaching standard,we must pay attention to the vocational career management of teachers. A reasonable vocational career management is a long - lasting incentive method,which is beneficial not only to the integration of university teachers resources and the improvement of teaching quality,but also to improving the core competence of education and to realization of the long - term sustainable development of education. On the basis of defining the conception and meaning of the university teachers’career management,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems about it. Finally it puts forward raising specific strategy of the university teachers ’career management referring to the foreign experience. |
