| 从分析士官教育融入国家职业教育体系的必要性与可行性入手，着重阐述了士官教育融入国家职业教育体系的五种培养模式: 士官招生体系的并轨式、士官选拔的直招式、士官培养的委托式、士官基础教育的联合式、士官升级培训的订单式，初步探讨了推进士官教育与国家职业教育融合式发展的基本策略。 |
| Abstract: |
| Starting from analysis of the necessity and feasibility of NCO education integration into the National Vocational Education system，this paper focuses on the six training models of the NCO education: insurance of the NCO admissions system，direct recruit NCO system，consigned NCO training system，joint basic NCO education system and order upgrading NCO training system. Finally it explores the basic countermeasures to promote the development of the integration of NCO education and the National Vocational Education. |
