| 随着国防知识产权战略的不断推进，对国防知识产权人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求。当前国防知识产权人才队伍建设还远远不能满足国防知识产权工作的实际需求，军队院校作为国防科技自主创新的重要力量和高素质人才培养的主要基地，在国防知识产权人才培养中肩负着重要的历史使命，应当充分发挥好主力军作用，努力有所作为，为国防知识产权工作提供有力的人才和智力支撑。 |
| Abstract: |
| With the strategic progress of national defense intellectual property (NDIP) ，the establishment of talents group in NDIP is in great demand. The status quo of the present NDIP group is far from meeting the pragmatic needs. Academies，as the key bases for science － technology innovation in national defense and high － level talents training as well，shoulder the important historical mission in the training of talents for NDIP. Academies should make good use of all their inherent vantages and spare no efforts to provide powerful talents as well as intellectual support for NDIP. |
