| Abstract: |
| The Bundeswehr has its unique NCO education - training system and model. During the period of studying in the Bundeswehr，the author witnessed the relevant circumstances of the Bundeswehr’s NCO education and training. Accordingly，the article first discusses the organizational leadership and training system of the Bundeswehr’s NCO education and training，then analyzes the main training model of the Bundeswehr’s NCO education and training，in order to provide experience and reference for the development of our military education and training of NCO. |
