      高效能教学,能够充分激发人的智力,实现学员深度参与,广泛进行互动生成,追求高级认知目标,瞄准学员最近发展区。世界一流大学和先进军事选校的高效能教学,通常包括十个环节。与之相比,我军院校教学结构存在致命缺陷,教学过程效能极低,难以培养杰出人才。从根本上破解人才匮乏难题,必须按照高效能教学“思想智慧核反应堆原理”,重建我军院校教学结构。
Abstract:
      High efficiency teaching can fully excite human intellect and achieve deep participating in it,seek advanced cognitive objectives,take an cadets' aim at recent developing area of cadets. The high efficiency teaching of the world class university and advanced military schools usually includes ten links. By contrast ,our military schools have the teachiing structures with fatal faultiness. Our teaching process has very low efficiency and can not foster the outstanding talents. In order to solve difficult problems of talents deficiency downright,we must recostruct our military schools teaching structures according to“principles of nuclear reactor for ideology and wisdom”of high efficiency teaching.
