中文摘要:
      对20所军队院校和15所地方高校研究生创新人才培养情况的调查分析,表明研究生创新人才培养质量还有较大提升空间。调查结果显示:军校和地方院校研究生对创新人才能力素质的认识基本趋同;军校创新素质的自我满意度高于地方院校;军校研究生的培养诉求显著高于地方院校,且军校和地方院校研究生对综合素质的培养诉求均最高;几乎所有被调研的军校研究生均认为培养模式影响创新人才培养,在地方院校中持此观念的人数也最多,其它影响因素中军地院校各有侧重;军校研究生培养中专业实践机会少、培养模式单一、与岗位需求脱节等不足明显高于地方院校。
Abstract:
      A survey on the status quo of innovative postgraduates training was carried out in 15 civilian universities and 20 military universities,manifesting that the quality of training still needs improving. The following conclusions are drawn:there is a similar understanding of innovative talents’abilities shared by both types of postgraduates;the self-satisfaction for innovative quality among military postgraduates is higher than that of civilian ones;cultivation demands of military postgraduates are significantly higher than that of civilian ones,and the demand for comprehensive quality training is the highest in both types of universities;almost all the investigated military postgraduates agree that the training mode affects the innovative postgraduates training,which is also the most popular viewpoint among civilian postgraduates,and other factors differ in military and civilian universities;drawbacks including insufficient opportunities for professional practice,the single training mode and the separation from employment requirements are more salient in military universities.
