| Abstract: |
| The article introduces briefly the authors of the book《Military Education：Substance，Problems，Prospect》published by National Defense Department of Russia，and sums up and gives a synthesized review of its content and main viewpoints. It relates to the history of military education in Russia，the exchange and reform since disintegration of original Soviet Union，as well as the conception，values，objectives，organizational system，and achievements of military education. It also recounts the problems existing now and analyzes the reasons for them. |
