| 科技竞赛是培养和发展学员创新思维的重要途径。围绕军校科技竞赛的组织管理模式，分析了军校科技竞赛组织管理的现状和问题，结合某军校组织学员参加科技竞赛的情况，提出了构建三级科技竞赛管理体系，并借鉴DAPRA的成功经验，为创新科技竞赛组织管理模式提供了一些参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| The students’ academic and science works competition is an important way to cultivate and develop their creative thinking. This paper analyzes the current related situation and problems of organization and management mode in military academies, constructing a three - level management architecture by combining with a military academy’s works competition organization situation. Then，according to the successful experience of DAPRA，this paper provides some suggestions for innovating the organization and management mode of the students’ academic and science works competition. |
