      军校教学过程由能动性要素、条件性要素、过程性要素等三类要素构成,形成了教学过程的内在结构;军校教学过程的主要矛盾是教员代表的教学要求与学员学习能力和学习需求现状之间的矛盾,简称教与学的矛盾;教员和学员两个主体所进行的有计划、有组织的特殊认识活动和实践活动,是解决教学过程主要矛盾的基本途径;军校教学过程是学员在教员主导下,通过教、学双方有计划有组织的特殊认识活动和实践活动,使学员素质得到全面发展、学习需求得到满足,最终实现教学目的的过程。
Abstract:
      The initiative factors,conditional factors and procedural factors in teaching of military schools and universities form the internal structure of the teaching. The major contradiction in teaching in military schools and universities is the one between the teaching requirements put forward by teachers and the cadets’competence and need,shortly,the one between teaching and learning. Those particular planned and organized cognitive and practical activities carried out by the two perceivers are the fundamental solutions to the major contradictions in teaching. Under the guidance of teachers,through the planned and organized particular cognitive and practical activities made by the teachers and the cadets,teaching facilitates comprehensive developmeat of cadets’disposition,helps to meet their needs in learning in order to finally realize the teaching aim.
