      目的:探讨基于问题教学法(PBL教学法) 在中医药院校药本科生药理学教学中的应用效果。方法:在湖南中医药大学2012级药学专业选取2个小班引入PBL教学法,另2个小班引入LBL教学法作为对照,采用问卷调查与期末考核相结合的方式进行教学效果评价。结果:与LBL教学法相比较,PBL教学法显著提高了学生的学习态度、学习能力和对专业知识的掌握程度(P<0.01);接受PBL教学的学生期末考核成绩显著优于接受LBL教学的学生(P<0.01)。结论:PBL教学法可全面提高学生的综合素质,提升药理学的教学质量,是适用于中医药类院校药理学教学的新型教学模式。
Abstract:
      Objective:to explore the applying effects of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode in pharmacology teaching for undergraduates of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:PBL teaching method was selected to 2 pharmacy classes of 2012 grade of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,LBL teaching method was selected to the other 2 classes as control,the questionnaire survey and the final assessment method were used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results:PBL teaching method significantly improves students' learning attitude,learning ability and the professional knowledge degree,as compaired to LBL teaching mode (P<0.01). Furthermore,the final assessment results of PBL students was significantly better than that of LBL students (P<0.01). Conclusions:PBL teaching method can improve students' comprehensive quality and the teaching quality of pharmacology,which is a new teaching model suitable for the teaching of pharmacology in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
