      创新创业成为时代的号角,而创新创业的核心是创造性与创造性人才培养。传统的人才观在当今仍然占有一定位置,高校对创造性人才培养的实施策略是否足够科学和合理,仍是值得探讨的问题。马斯洛的“自我实现论” 中蕴含着丰富的创造观,其对今天探讨创造性人才培养具有很强的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
      Innovation and entrepreneurship become the “trumpet” of this age,and the core of them is creativity and the cultivation of it. However,traditional ideas still play an important role today,and the rationality of educational approaches for fostering creativeness is also in question. Abraham Maslow’s theory of self-fulfillment is rich in view of creativity,which has a lot of implication on today’s cultivation of creative talents.
