| 领导管理能力的培养是当前军队人才培养中的重要问题。对哈佛大学延伸教育学院、北卡罗来纳大学阿什维尔分校、纽约大学的领导力理论课程的设计、评分规则、具体课程安排进行对比分析，总结出美国高校领导管理能力课程设计的几个重点，为国防科大领导管理能力相关课程设计提供借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| The cultivation of leadership management ability is an important issue in the current training of military personnel. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the design，scoring rules and specific curriculum arrangement of the leadership theory course of the Harvard University Extension School，University of North Carolina at Asheville and New York University. This paper summarizes several key points of curriculum design in leadership course，and provides some references for the design of Leadership course in National University of Defense Technology. |
