根据习主席关于军事教育、职业教育的系列讲话精神,从教育活动与战斗活动的“融合性”、院校主体与相关单位的“合作性”、教育标准与岗位标准的“对接性”、培训类型和不同层次的“立交性”等四个方面揭示了任职教育的军事职业属性,并结合我军任职教育改革发展实际,对每一属性的实践路径进行了探讨。 |
Abstract: |
According to XiJinpings’seriers speeches about military education and vocational education,this paper summarizes the military vocational property from four aspects----“integration of education and fighting”、“cooperation of institutions and relevant departments”、“matchmaking of educational standard and post standards”、“intersection of type and gradation”,combining with practice of istitutions innovation,and pointing out its practical routes. |
