教与学双方同为军校教学过程的主体,共同决定着教学过程的存在和发展。在教学过程中,教员发挥着“主导作用”,要引领军事文化的发展方向、科学组织实施教学活动、指导和帮助学员的学习;学员发挥着“主观能动作用”,要树立“以人为本”的理念,改革教学形式和教学方法,注重学员个性和创造性的培育。 |
Abstract: |
The teacher and the cadet are the subjects of the teaching process,and both sides determine the existence and development of the teaching process. In the teaching process,the teacher plays a“leading role”,who leads the development direction of military culture,organizes and implements teaching activities in a scientific way and guides and helps cadets in study. The cadet brings his subjective initiative into play. We should build up the idea of taking people as the foremost,reform the teaching form and teaching methods and value the cultivation of cadets’ personality and creativity. |
