| 关于军校本科生科研动机的研究对于提高本科生的科研活动参与度，同时对于提高本科生的科学素养，提升其在军队的岗位任职能力有一定帮助。以我军某综合大学为样本，通过实证研究的方式，发现该军校在科研环境构建方面取得了很多成绩的同时，也存在着一定的问题。主要的成绩包括科研氛围好本科生科研参与度高，为本科生参与科研活动提供了良好的保障，本科生学员对于科研的感性认识较好等方面。主要存在着本科生的科研动机中尚有部分学员参与科研兴趣不高，科研激励制度不完善，学员主动参与科研意愿不强等不足之处。为解决这些问题，提升本科生学员的参与科研的意愿，进而提升军队院校专业技术人才的培养质量，需要从增加课程，完善制度等方面进行改进。 |
| Abstract: |
| It is meaningful to improve participation level of undergraduates in scientific activity，to strengthen research ability of undergraduates and to enhance the scientific research level of the army，by studying scientific motivation of undergraduates. Taking a military comprehensive university as a sample，this study uses empirical methods to find that this military university accomplished a lot in research environment constructing，and at the same time has its own issues. Main accomplishments include high level of scientific research participation，a sound guarantee to encourage undergraduates to participate in scientific activity，and a good performance on perceptual knowledge of scientific research of undergraduates. The shortages are insufficient avocation of scientific research of partial students，imperfect incentive system of scientific research and reluctant status of research participation. To solve that and to improve the willing of scientific research participation of undergraduates，further more to improve the quality of military university technic talents，we have to adopt ways such as increasing courses and supplementing system. |
