教学督导是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,是提高课堂教学质量和人才培养质量的重要途径。国防科学技术大学通过健全督导制度、优化督导队伍、拓展督导领域、加强督导反馈,形成了校院两级、管评分离的教学督导体系,完善了“督”为前提、“导” 为重点的督导工作机制,为监控教学运行状态、提高教学工作水平、提升教员教学能力、保障人才培养质量发挥了重要作用。 |
Abstract: |
Teaching supervision is an essential part of teaching quality assurance systems in higher learning institutions and an important means to improve qualities of teaching in classrooms and personnel cultivation. National University of Defense Technology has built up a two-tier back-to-back teaching quality supervision system from both university level and college level through such means as perfecting a supervision system,optimizing the supervision team,expanding the supervision domains and strengthening supervision feedbacks. The system puts“supervising”as its prerequisite and“guiding”as its emphasis,and has played an important role in supervising teaching activities,improving teaching qualities and teachers’productivities as well as ensuring the quality of personnel cultivation. |
