中文摘要:
      军队院校新一轮教学评价从关注教学投入向关注教学效果转变,具有“实效性”特征。作为教学评价的重要组成和依据,教学基本状态信息采集的指标应当通过明确教学评价的价值取向、注重教育测量技术的综合运用来反映和体现这种“实效性”。
Abstract:
      A new round of teaching evaluation in military academies and schools turns from the focus on teaching putput t paying attention to the teaching effect, which is characterized by actual effect. As an important part and basis, evaluation of basic teaching status information acquisition indexes should be made by making clear the value orientation of the teaching evaluation, paying attention to the integrated use of education measurement techniques to reflect the actual effect.
