| 士官被美军视为“军中脊梁”。美军的强大离不开高素质的士官队伍，而造就这支训练有素的士官队伍的基础则是美军科学、完备、专业化的教育培训体系。美军士官的教育培训体系是在士官职业化建设进程中逐步建立并发展完善的，经过近两百年的发展，已形成了一套满足战争需求、适应士官职业发展的专门教育体系，既有鲜明的军事职业特色，又具全面、开放、规范、动态的现代职业教育体系特征。从美军士官职业教育的发展来看，呈现出教育与训练的联系更加紧密、军官与士官职业军事教育之间的差距更为缩小、士官联合素养的培养进一步加强等趋势。美军士官教育培训对建立完善我军士官职业教育体系提供了有益的启示。 |
| Abstract: |
| NCOs are viewed as“Backbone”of the US Armed Forces. The powerfulness of the forces is just due to a world-class NCO corps，which is developed by a formal NCO Professional Military Education(PME) Program. American NCO PME System has evolved through the professionall course of NCOs for nearly two hundred years and formed a system that meets both the demand of the war and the career development of NCOs. The system possesses unique military and modern vocational education system characteristics. From the development trends of NCO education，training and educational objectives will be an increasing mix，the gap between officers and NCO PME’ ll be narrowed，cultivation of joint qualities will be strengthened，and so on. Training American NCOs provides beneficial enlightenment for Chinese NCO PME system. |
