| Abstract: |
| Great importance has been attached to ways of cultivating translation competence in translation teaching. Faced with the renewed knowledge of translation，the teacher，one of the subjects in translation teaching，should spare no efforts to improve his/her original knowledge structure and translation competence. And the present paper is to make an analysis of cultivation and improvement of teachers’ translation competence from the perspective of translation teaching and studying. |
