中文摘要:
      提高教学质量的关键是教师,高校教师培养应把教学能力培养作为重点。指出高校教师教学能力培养存在培训内容缺乏统筹设计、培训进程缺乏持续性、培训质量和效果不理想等问题。重点介绍了国防科学技术大学的“全员式”岗前培训、“准入式” 试讲验收、“结对式”帮带指导、“培优式”教学比赛等机制系统的设计与实践。
Abstract:
      The key to improve teaching quality lies in teachers,and the training of college teachers should focus on the cultivation of teaching ability. The analysis points out that the training of college teachers’ teaching ability lacks integrated design of content,continuity of training process and training quality and effect. This paper mainly introduces exploration and practice of the teachers’ step-by-step teaching ability training mechanism in National University of Defense Technology,such as“all-staff”pre-job training,“admission”trial teaching,“pair type” band guidance and“excellent”teaching competition.
