      坐落在美国加州一个荒漠山谷中的独特大学——深泉学院(Deep Springs College),其教育模式体现出“参与式” (involved) 的特征:学生参与学校治理、参与课堂研讨、参与真实劳动。他们的“参与”不仅仅只是“参加” (participate in),而是“投入其中、卷入其中”(involve in)。在“参与式” 教育中,学生很大程度上成了自身学习与发展的建构者;学生在“参与” (involve) 中建构起自己的教育,建构起自己成长和发展的根基。我国处在高等教育转型升级阶段,深泉学院的“参与式” 教育对我国高校人才培养理念与培养模式改革以及课程教学改革具有一定的启示。
Abstract:
      A college located in a desert valley in north California,America,is named Deep Springs College. Its education endeavor is featured by “Involving”:students are involved in school governance,involved in seminar and interaction,and involved in“real labor”. Based on this“involved education”,the students construct their education,growth and development.“Involved Education”is beneficial for improving students’ activeness in learning,enhancing the ability of learning,and,therefore,improving learning outcomes. Being in the critical phase of higher education transformation,Deep Springs College’s“Involved Education”has significant enlightenment for the reform of talents cultivation model,and the reform of course and teaching method in colleges and Universities in China.
