      探究国防生过往领导经历与当前领导行为的关系,有助于揭示国防生领导力的发展路径。在以S校国防生为对象的研究中,通过焦点小组访谈,共提取12种有助于国防生领导力发展的领导经历。随后对该校148名国防生的调查结果表明,领导经历变量与领导行为变量间的15种关系中,有13种显著相关。此外,高效领导者与非高效领导者的领导经历,在整体上存在差异。
Abstract:
      Exploring the relationship between the past leadership experience and the current leadership behavior helps to reveal the development path of leadership of the national defense students. In the study at S university,focus group interviews were first made and a total of 12 kinds of leadership experiences were extracted,which helped the leadership development of the national defense students. Then two questionnaires were distributed among 148 national defense students,and the results showed that 13 out of 15 correlations between leadership experience variables and leadership behavior variables were significant. In addition,efficient and inefficient leaders differed in leadership experience on the whole.
