| 教育天然地具有保守性。大学教育也天然地具有保守性，同时，也天然地具有超越性。大学的超越，不只是与时俱进。大学的超越特性体现在：超越实用、超越既有、超越实际、超越“规律”、超越自身。保守与超越并不是彼此平行或分离的两种性格，而只是大学完整性格中可析的两个方面。保守与超越作为大学的一对孪生姐妹的生存状况越好，大学的发展越好。 |
| Abstract: |
| Education has the nature of being conservative，which is also true for college education. In addition，college education also has the nature of transcendence. Transcendence of university does not mean keeping pace with the times. Instead，it is manifested in going beyond pure utilitarianism，putting away what has exited，breaking the rules and surpassing oneself. Conservatism and transcendence are not parallel to each other. They，like twins，are two sides of universities. The better the situation of the two sides is，the better the university develops. |
