| 外军研究型大学具有一定规模的研究生教育，重视科学研究。这些学校地位特殊，任务综合，学科方向集中，科技与军事特色突出，教学科研强调国防相关性，重视人才培养质量，师资队伍结构多元。外军研究型大学同时也面临生源不足、办学经费受限、难以吸引和保留高水平师资等问题，正采取多种措施探索创新发展之路，包括：壮大生源和研究力量，拓展培训能力，扩大开放办学，加强教员队伍建设等。外军研究型大学的发展路径为我军建设世界一流高等教育院校提供了一种参考视角。 |
| Abstract: |
| Foreign military research universities emphasize postgraduate education and research. Having the technology and military focused disciplines，defense relevant teaching and research，diverse faculty，and high quality of graduates，they play an important role in their country and military forces. Facing the challenges of students shortage，limited budget and loss of high quality faculty，these military research universities are taking measures to enroll more students，expand the education capabilities，open up to the outside，and strengthen the faculty team. The development path of foreign military research universities can provide a useful perspective for building first-class military universities in China. |
