| 积极加强土木工程专业国际化建设是土木工程学科落实“一带一路”战略的具体举措，需要相关高校和院系引起重视并加大工作力度。南京工业大学独立自主实施了土木工程专业国际化建设，提出了“国际班”创建、课程建设和学生管理的建设思路。本文就相关教学力量的组织经验和保障措施，以及建设过程中发现的问题进行探讨。 |
| Abstract: |
| In a positive response to the Belt and Road initiative of China，the construction of international civil engineering program is proposed，and this program is urgently needed to train engineers serving for worldwide construction projects. This paper reports the practice of building International Civil Engineering program at the Nanjing Tech University. The background and target of this program are given, along with the organization and management of curriculum. The management of faculty members，establishment of regulations and facilities are introduced in this paper，followed by the discussion of the challenging problems and possible solutions. |
