| 随着军民融合创新体系的不断深入，借助校企合作培养手段破解军队院校传统研究生培养过程中的不足，成为当前值得探索和思考的重要问题。本文介绍了国防科技大学系统工程学院与阿里云计算有限公司开展研究生校企合作培养的探索情况，通过选派研究生进驻阿里云合作培养，在合作培养流程、导师组建模式、日常管理手段、考核评价方式等方面进行了有益尝试，并取得了阶段性成果。最后，从建立合作培养基地、扩大合作培养规模、确立研究生选题、完善保密机制等方面给出了提升军队院校研究生校企合作培养质量的思考和建议。 |
| Abstract: |
| The continuous deepening of civil-military inosculation innovation system has made it an important issue worth exploring and thinking to solve the shortcomings of the traditional postgraduate cultivation process in military academies by means of university-enterprise cooperation. This paper introduces the cooperative cultivation of university-enterprise between College of Systems Engineering of National University of Defense Technology and Alibaba Cloud Computing Company. Some useful attempts have been made in the aspects of cooperative cultivation process，mentor formation model，daily management means，assessment methods by sending postgraduates to Alibaba Cloud for cooperative cultivation, and initial achievements have been obtained. Furthermore，this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on improving the quality of the university-enterprise cooperative cultivation for postgraduates in military academies regarding establishment of cooperative training bases, increase of cooperative training scale, selection of research topic and improvement of confidentiality mechanism. |
