| Abstract: |
| In order to strengthen the appeal of international understanding and enhance the employment competitiveness of students，Singapore universities have implemented a funding system to support overseas exchanges of local students，which presents the following characteristics. It has a comprehensive funding system，and the“award，assistance，and loan”is reasonably arranged. The funding body is diversified with the collaboration of“government，society，and university”. The funding targets are clear and both top students and poor students have been considered. The effectiveness of funding is obvious and the degree of participation and satisfaction is great. This funding system provides an important guarantee for cultivating the international vision of domestic students，increasing international exchange experience and enhancing international competitiveness，and it also contributs to the process of internationalization of higher education. |
