      专业认知困扰是高校新生入学初期产生环境适应不良的主要原因之一,也是高校教学管理部门及专业师资团队亟待破解的难点议题。本研究针对高校新生专业认知教育问题,创新性提出了“学长项目制” 新型实践模式,对该模式实践过程及成效进行了梳理与反思。研究认为,“学长项目制”的实施对于激发整合专业师生资源力量,规范实践内容与形式,建构良性有序的“专业教师—学长—新生” 互动格局,促成实践目标的达成等方面具有重要应用与推广价值。
Abstract:
      Freshmen’s problem of gaining proper knowledge of their major is one of the main reasons for the environmental maladjustment. It is also a difficult issue to be solved by teaching management departments and staff teams. Targeting the existing problem in this area,this paper puts forward,for the first time,a new practice mode of“senior student project system”and reviews the practice process and its effectiveness. The study holds that the“senior student project system”has important application and popularization value in stimulating and integrating professional teachers’and students’resources,standardizing the content and form of practice,constructing an interactive pattern of“professional teachers-senior students-freshmen”and promoting the achievement of practical objectives.
