| This paper analyses the key factors of Qian Xuesen’s success as a top talent at the age of 28. Early development of talent，keen sense of direction，master’s guidance and integration of science and art are important factors for him to grow into an outstanding talent. This paper hopes to shed light on the diversification of education mode and the cultivation of young top talents in China. |
