| 军事教育与军事训练是两个既有联系又有区别的概念。在现实中，既存在重教育轻训练的错误现象，也存在违背教育本质规律、以训练取代教育的不正确做法。厘清军事教育与军事训练的关系、发挥教育与训练在人才培养上的合力，一要对军事教育合理定位，实现“适应”与“引领”的统一；二要院校与部队合力培育人才，建立军事人才全程培训机制；三要大力发展军事职业教育，将教育与训练更好地融为一体。 |
| Abstract: |
| Military education and military training are two concepts which are connected and yet different. There exist phenomena of emphasizing education over training and replacing education with training, which are both improper and violate the law of education. To properly understand the relation between military education and military training and to bring the joint force of education and training into full play，it is necessary to appropriately position the role of military education and unify“adaption”and“lead”. It is also important to cultivate talents with the joint efforts of military academies and army forces and form a training mechanism of cultivating military talents the whole course. Equally meaningful is to greatly promote military vocational education and integrate education with training. |
