| Targeting the strategic needs of training and management of China’s innovative talents，this paper intends to discuss the unique master style of Gao Bolong，father of China’s laser gyro，in three aspects：his interest in science，innovation style and versatility. It may shed light on the cultivation and management of innovative talents in China. |
