| 从系统科学理论的角度出发，剖析非全日制教育硕士培养模式作为一个复杂开放系统的特性，并对培养中存在的共性问题进行归因分析。以华中师范大学“双型”培养模式为例，阐述了通过理顺管理机制、重构课程体系、强化多维协同培养、融合信息技术等手段推动非全日制教育硕士培养改革的途径。 |
| Abstract: |
| Based on the systems science theory，this paper analyzes the characteristics of the cultivation mode of part-time master of education as a complex open system，and sorts out the general problems existing in the cultivation. This paper states how Central China Normal University promotes the reform of cultivating part-time masters by rationalizing the management mechanism，rebuilding the curriculum system，strengthening multi-dimensional collaborative cultivation，and integrating information technology. |
