| Abstract: |
| This paper mainly focuses on how to improve the research level of teaching management staff in colleges and universities. Specifically，the research orientations of different posts are expounded from the“supposed to be”perspective，the existing problems are analyzed from the“as is”perspective，and the path and measures to solve the problems are discussed from the“how to be”perspective. |
