中文摘要:
      自“拔尖计划”实施以来,中国科学技术大学持续探索与实践以基础学科拔尖人才培养国际化带动整体人才培养国际化的有效路径和管理机制。通过构建海外学习全过程管理机制,实施校、院、师、生四位一体全员参与海外学习渠道拓展的开放举措,开创 “三步走”战略搭建国际交流平台,本科生参与海外学习规模不断攀升,国际化人才培养实力不断增强。中国科学技术大学的实践探索验证了基础学科拔尖人才培养的引领示范作用,为高等教育改革提供参考。
Abstract:
      Since the implementation of the“Top-notch Personnel”program,University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)has been exploring and practicing paths and management mechanism to improve the overall internationalization level in all disciplines through promoting internationalization of top-notch talents in basic science disciplines. Measures like the whole process management mechanism and innovative strategies for building overseas study platform successfully help to enlarge the scale of undergraduate participation in overseas study and strengthen the cultivation of internationalized talents. The practice and exploration in USTC have proven the leading and exemplary role of top-notch talents training in basic disciplines,shedding light on the reform of higher education.
