      “以学习者为中心”问题的产生,主要是源于对教学实践中教学偏差的反思,是对如何在教学实践中坚守教育的本真要义、充分凸显学习者中心地位的实践探索。“以学习者为中心”具有深刻的理论蕴含,是理念与行动、目标与过程、要素与内涵的协调统一与内在一致,其关键就在于理顺教与学的内在关系,特别是要关注学习者的“心理事件”、基于学习者的认知结构、着眼学习者的个体体验、促进学习者的主体建构。在信息化条件下,要实现“以学习者为中心”,必须按照“主体多元化”确立教学角色,按照“活动心理化”构建教学线索,按照“环境生态化”建立课堂教学生态,按照“技术人本化”营造教学条件。
Abstract:
      The concept of“learner-centered”originated from the reflection on teaching deviation in teaching practice,and has been the practical exploration of how to stick to the true meaning of education and fully highlight the central role of learners in teaching practice.“Learner-centered”has a profound theoretical implication,which is the coordination and unity of ideas and actions,goals and processes,and elements and connotations. The key is to straighten out the internal relationship between teaching and learning, paying attention to learners’“psychological events”, their cognitive structure, their individual experience,and their central roles. Under the condition of information,to realize“learner-centered”,we must establish teaching roles according to subject diversification,build teaching clues according to activity psychology,construct classroom teaching ecology according to environment ecology,and create teaching conditions according to technology humanism.
